This will be done through a number of subcontractor companies that will be chosen by you following our advice and after they present a certain time and cost quotation.
Our service will be to make the contracts, to organize the payments to the builders and to assign an independent project supervisor who will report directly to you.
The fee is a percent of the project cost and is negotiable.
